Pink fruits are striped with yellow and are crack resistant.

The Bumble Bee series of cherry tomatoes is sure to create excitement with its extraordinary beauty and superb flavor. Market growers will love the new colors for mixed pints of cherry tomatoes. Great for fresh tomato, basil, mozzarella and balsamic vinegar salads. Vigorous vines produce continuously over a long growing season.

OMG! This is the prettiest little tomato I have ever seen! And everyone who sees it thinks it is sooo cute. I have grown so many kinds of tomatoes over the years, I did not think I could be this excited over a new variety. Like a large cherry type, with fruits getting to 1 1/2 inches, the skin is perfect and shiny with beautiful striping and coloration. I am getting a good yield from my one plant (a small colander full every week now in mid-August) and the vine is quite healthy and doing well in my Silicon Valley garden. If you wait to pick until the pinkish red portions of the fruit deepen in color to a classic, strawberry red, you get very good flavor with a surprising meatiness for such a pretty little thing. I am beyond pleased to find such a combo of good taste and beauty. Great fun to take to summer parties as part of a salad and amaze your friends. I started mine from seed, and gave extra plants to a few friends and they are having equally good results, including the friends growing them in a large (20-24" deep) pot. What's not to love?
