Long, 6 to 9" fruits are much larger than comparable varieties and have an unusual "curl" at the end - hence the name longhorn. Peppers have an excellent spicy flavor with a Scoville rating of just 15,000 to 20,000. Vigorous plants can be grown in containers, but will require support due to the large volume of fruit.
