55 days. Attractive, 3 to 4 oz. fruits resemble the color and shape of a lemon and are approx. the size of a baseball. Oddly shaped fruits have an excellent flavor and are perfect for frying, sauteeing and chopped up fresh in salads. Vining plants produce heavy yields over a long growing season and feature good resistance to insects and pests. Ideal for farmers markets and home gardeners.

Excellent results

So far this season, the Lemon Summer Squash is performing fantastically with no signs of slowing down so far. While squash bugs have been an issue with some of our other varieties, especially our Peter Pan squash plants, the squash bugs have not been very attracted to the Lemon squash. The plants have been cranking out lots of fruit and they have a really nice flavor. The plants look really strong at the beginning of July and I'm going to get another round going. Highly recommended.
