70-75 days. Large, 8 to 9 oz. blocky, 3 to 4 lobed bells have firm, thick walls. Crispy fruits grow up to 3 1/2" long by 3 1/4" wide and have a sweet, rich flavor. Peppers have a strong, bright yellow color that lasts longer so they are slower to turn gold/orange, distinguishing this variety from others. Can be enjoyed at the green stage in 50 to 55 days. Fruits have a good shelf like and are perfect for stuffing. Upright plants grow 20 to 30" tall and are highly resistant to Bacterial Leaf Spot Races 1-3, 7 and 8.
