Blocky, 2 to 3" juicy fruits have white flesh that has an apple-like crispness and are full of excellent, bitter free flavor that is very mild and sweet. Small fruits are about the size of a lemon and have lime green to dark green, tender skins with small spines – no peeling required. Perfect for eating fresh or for making delicious pickles.
