63 days. Semi-domed heads grow approx. 8 to 12" wide and weigh up to 4½ lbs. A loose head type with very sweet, tender, off-white curds that sit on top of long, pale green edible stems and resemble broccoli raab. Excellent fresh, roasted, steamed and fried. Heat tolerant plants are fast growing and have relatively small, wax-coated leaves minimizing water evaporation which helps protect against fungi and insects. Stressed young plants will not produce a good curd. High yielder.
