2006 AAS Winner. Imperator-type. Long, tapered, 10 to 12 inch smooth roots, with rich purple exterior color and bright orange centers. When cut, the color is amazing and the sweet flavor is incredible. Cooked flavor is also excellent, but the purple color fades. Easy to grow.
