Kentucky Beefsteak Tomato
#00418
115 Days
An old heirloom that hails from the hills of its namesake, eastern Kentucky. Like most beefsteaks, the fruits are enormous, often weighing as much as 2 lbs. Unlike many beefsteaks though, the fruits lack much of the roughness usually associated with heirloom beefsteak-types. Fruits are actually quite attractive - globe to oval-shaped, and a beautiful deep orange in color.
