Last year's graft failed to grow
Jan 5, 2024  |  By JJ
Usually I can count on TT to have the best heirlooms as well as new hybrids. Sadly, the only garden plant that failed to grow and produce was the one I was most looking forward to - my grafted Brandywine tomato. It never reached even a foot tall, was misshapen as if the graft joining broke or failed. All the other plants around it thrived and produced loads of fruit. I will try again this year because I know this isn't typical of TT quality.
