Bella Rosa Tomato
Jul 20, 2025  |  By Tom Dzwonkus
A beautiful tomato with a high yield. My only drawback is that they tend to ripen all at one or twice. Very firm tomato with great flavor. Tolerates warm temperatures. Will plant again

We have grown these every year for ten years. They give you three great pickings super for canning and then they are done-- dead! Eight plants will provide 100 pounds of tomatoes. They are a nice size to freeze if you don't wish to can. Either way they will provide you with enough cooking tomatoes to last the winter.

We get a few as early as the earlygirl, even tho they are a 75 day variety. We also plant an in determinant for table use into the fall.

By the first of august, they are dead, which is ok. We work that bed and plant a fall crop of collard plants the first of September.
