    This is the "workhorse" pepper in my garden. I like the horn-shaped European style varieties, which seem to do better for me than most bell types. Gypsy starts bearing early and just continues until frost. They can be eaten green, yellow or full red, which I like best. I picked my last ones just before the killing frost, and some are still ripening in a paper bag, like tomatoes. Plants can grow quite tall in our long summer, so I use 4-foot supporting cages, which work well. If you have deer, protect your peppers.
